I had the opportunity to take a beautiful little girl’s newborn portraits. She was my first newborn session of the year. This baby girl was so cute and her mom and grandma were a big help. They were such nice people, and I hope to get to see them again in 6 months when this little girl is ready for more portraits! Spring is right around the corner! I’m so excited. I am more than ready for warm weather and the next coming sessions I have coming up. The snow and cold weather has really taken a toll on me, but I’m more than ready to get back to work. Remember, I most likely will not be available from mid-June to the end of July so if you wish to book a session, contact me as soon as possible so we can set up a session. Weekends are filling up quick for the spring and beginning of summer.

I hope that everyone had a great holiday and a wonderful New Year. As most of you know, December is my month off, it’s my time with my family since our holidays are so busy with traveling to so many locations to visit family. But, it is January now, and I’m starting to book sessions again.
I do have a few changes to announce. Due to recent and current remodeling to my home, my studio only has room for no more than two children at a time. My studio portraits will, for now, be solely newborn portraiture and children’s portraiture. Maternity portraits, family portraits, and portraits with more than 2 children will have to be done on location. I can help you choose your location if you need help.
A new offer that I am promoting this year, is that when you book a Newborn session, you will receive a $25 print credit for a 6 Month Old session. This is a print credit only, and does not count towards the session fee. A session fee must be paid when booking a 6 Month Old session.
With that said, I’d like to announce that my husband and I are currently expecting our 3rd baby at the end of June. I will probably accept booked sessions up to the 2nd week in June and then I will take some time off while we are adjusting to having 3 little ones around our house.
I look forward to getting back to work, and I can’t wait for Spring to arrive so that I can do more outdoor portraits as well. I’m not a fan of winter, so I’m already ready for the warmer weather to get here.
I met the sweetest, happiest little girl today! She was SUCH a cutie pie. I enjoyed working with her alot. Her mom and dad can bring this beauty back into my studio any day. To see all the smiles this little girl was giving the entire time she was here made me so happy! She just lit up the room with her smile. I’m so glad I got to meet Little E and her family! There was so many cute portraits to choose from for their sneak peak. I’m going to enjoy editing this session!
Yep, I was busy today with two sessions. My 2nd one was with my sister and her boys. Littlest one didn’t have much interest, but her oldest was a ham for me.
Today, I had a holiday photo session with these two kids, along with a cake smash for the littlest one who just recently turned a year old. That lil boy was in LOVE with those cookies and cake!
Last weekend I was supposed to have a family with this session, but due to the weather and another mis-hap, we rescheduled for this Saturday. Unfortunately, the beautiful fall colors have vanished and winter is well on it’s way, but I think we got some great shots of this family! The kids were so funny and cute! For having a session later on in the day and the kids being tired they were absolutely terrific to work with! I’ve never seen such well behaved kids after nap and lunch time. Thank you J for letting me photograph your family. It was great meeting you and your family. I hope that you enjoy your sneak peak!
Christmas is right around the corner, and I was able to prepare with some Christmas shots of my girls. I’m excited to see my kids faces on Christmas morning! My oldest is finally starting to grasp the idea of Santa and everything so I know that she’s going to be thrilled to see what Santa has brought her this year.

Today, I had a reshoot with newborn baby girl L! Today we were able to get some really cute shots of L and a few more family portraits!
This afternoon, I had a photoshoot with a beauty of a newborn. Unfortunately, she was not really in a portrait taking mood, so they are going to come back early next week to see what else we can get. I hope that we are able to get some really cute stuff, as mom and dad were super excellent troops today. I did manage to get a few good ones with mom and dad though.
